Question: When will you ship my order if I place the order today?
Answer: If we receive your order before 12pm EST, we will process the order on the same day. Orders usually ship within 24 hours.
Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Exress, Discover and Paypal via our secure online order form. If you like to place an order on the phone do not hesitate to call (866) 438-1120.
Question: How does ExcelToner.ca ship our products?
Answer: We ship via ground service (1-5 days within Canada). We will ship your product via UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, ICS, Canpar or Purolator shipping services.
Question: How much will it cost to ship a toner cartridge within Canada?
Answer: We have a flat fee of $7.95 within Canada. For orders to Yukon, Territories or the United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Question: Will you ship products international?
Answer: We do not currently ship our products outside of North America.
Question: Is it safe to submit order and personal information online at ExcelToner.ca?
Answer: Your credit card and privacy is guaranteed to be 100% safe & secure. Our goal is to provide you with highest level of service possible in the most secure way. Our website employs the very best security measures available to protect you. Your information transmitted is protected by latest SSL technology, which encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card data, and prevents it from being intercepted over the Internet.
Question: Do you keep customer's credit card information on file?
Answer: No, we do not keep customer's credit card information on file, unless the customer specifies it. Each transaction is treated as a new order. All transaction information you submitted are deleted from the web server as soon as the order is completed. We keep our customer's name, address, phone number, username and password on file (your profile) so that you do not have to enter that information again during your next visit.
Answer: We respect your privacy and we take this issue very seriously.
Question: Do you guarantee the quality of your remanufactured cartridges?
Answer: We 100% guarantee that our remanufactured Laser Toner Cartridges are going to meet or exceed OEM performance. Should the product prove defective in workmanship or material, ExcelToner.ca will replace the cartridge at no charge within 2 years. The warranty does not cover damage or defect due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Question: What is the status of my order?
Answer: If you would like to know the status of your order, you can log into your account and click on "my account" then choose the order and scroll down to the PDF link. If you cannot do so please get back to us and we will send it over.
Please just send an E-Mail to our support department at email@example.com with your order information (date of purchase, order #, address, items purchased) they will reply with a tracking number for your order.
Question: How will the charge from ExcelToner.ca appear on my credit card statement?
Answer: The charge on your credit card statement should appear under the name ExcelToner.ca.
Question: Can I cancel my order?
Answer: In most cases, we process the order within 3 hours from the time the order is submitted and ship out the same day. We may be able to cancel your order if you contact us before 12pm EST and your order is placed on the same day. We cannot cancel any order after shipment is picked up by the carrier.
